Return & Refund Policy
Zulu Foxtrot Designs LLC has a strict 30 day exchange policy. If a purchase product does not meet your expectations, please return it in the original packaging and we will do our best make things right.
- 30 Days from delivery date to return in the original packaging at the customers expense
- Item must be unused. If the item is returned and it is determined that it was used, we have the right to decline the refund or exchange.
- Reason for return: Wrong product or Damaged product.
- Process for return: Please reach out to us via the contact information below with your concerns.
- Exchanges will be process once the product has been returned to us. We will either refund or send out a new item.

IMPORTANT - Custom order sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for custom orders.
Processing & Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.
Most items have 2 shipping options.
1. Free shipping option - Standard USPS First Class shipping - This shipping option does NOT include tracking or insurance. Please reach out to INFO@ZULUFOXTROTDESIGNS.COM if you do not receive your order after 10 BUSINESS DAYS. It is our policy to offer tracking and insurance options for the customer to purchase. As this option. is readily available, we reserve all rights to DENY any request for refunds & replacements due to lost mail.
2. Customer paid shipping. - USPS Ground Advantage - This shipping option includes Tracking and up to $100 of insurance. If you do not receive your package within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, please reach our to USPS to initiate a claim. Zulu Foxtrot Designs LLC is NOT liable for lost packages once USPS shows that the order was received by USPS. All claims MUST be filed through USPS. If USPS denies your claim, please reach out to INFO@ZULUFOXTROTDESIGNS.COM with proof of denial and explanation of the situation, and we will work out how come to a solution. We strive to do right by our customers, but due to large number of ill intent individuals we require certain steps to be taken before we can move forward with a resolution.
CLEARANCED ITEMS
Clearance items will be processed within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.

Non-Patch Items, 5 or more Patch orders & Custom Patch Orders
Non-Patch Items - These include ANY PRODUCT THAT IS NOT A PATCH
5 or more Patch orders - If the order includes more that 5 patch items (of the same or mixed).
Custom Patch Orders - These are bulk orders of 25 or more Patches.
Any order that falls within these categories will be processed within 3-5 business days with the exception of Custom Patch Orders which process within 8-10 weeks.
Shipping options for this category is USPS Ground Advantage - Customer Paid.
