Return and Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Zulu Foxtrot Designs LLC has a strict 30 day exchange policy. If a purchase product does not meet your expectations, please return it in the original packaging and we will do our best make things right.

30 Days from delivery date to return in the original packaging at the customers expense
Item must be unused. If the item is returned and it is determined that it was used, we have the right to decline the refund or exchange.
Reason for return: Wrong product or Damaged product.
Process for return: Please reach out to us via the contact information below with your concerns.
Exchanges will be process once the product has been returned to us. We will either refund or send out a new item.
