Zulu Foxtrot Designs LLC maintains a strict 30-day exchange policy. If a purchased product does not meet your expectations, please return it in the original packaging, and we will do our best to make things right.

• Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Packaging: Items must be returned in the original packaging at the customer's expense.
• Condition: Item must be unused. If a returned item is determined to have been used, we reserve the right to decline the refund or exchange.
• Valid Reasons: Wrong product shipped or Damaged product received.

2. Exchanges will be processed once the product has been returned to and received by us. We will then process either a refund or send out a new item.

IMPORTANT: Custom order sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for custom orders.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.

Most standard items have two shipping options available:

1. Free Shipping  - USPS First Class Mail:
   
   • Free Shipping is offered through USPS Ground Advantage on orders $20 and up. 

1. Customer Paid Shipping - USPS Ground Advantage:
   
   •  All USPS Ground Advantage shipping includes Tracking and up to $100 of insurance.
   • If you do not receive your package within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, please reach out to USPS to initiate a claim.
   • Zulu Foxtrot Designs LLC is NOT liable for lost packages once USPS tracking shows that the order was received by USPS. All claims MUST be filed through USPS.
   • Resolution: If USPS denies your claim, please reach out to INFO@ZULUFOXTROTDESIGNS.COM with proof of denial and an explanation of the situation, and we will work toward a solution. We strive to do right by our customers, but due to the large number of ill-intent individuals, we require certain steps to be taken before we can move forward with a resolution.

Clearance items will be processed within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.

Clearance Items have the same two shipping options as listed above, both of which are Customer Paid:

1. Customer Paid Standard USPS First Class Shipping
2. Customer Paid USPS Ground Advantage

(The policies regarding tracking, insurance, lost mail liability, and claims for these options remain the same as described in the "Standard Shipping Options" section above.)

These categories are subject to different processing times:

• Non-Patch Items: Includes ANY PRODUCT THAT IS NOT A PATCH.
• 5 or more Patch orders: Orders that include five or more patch items (of the same or mixed).
• Custom Patch Orders: These are bulk orders of 25 or more Patches.

• Standard Processing Time: Any order that falls within the Non-Patch Items or 5+ Patch Orders categories will be processed within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.
• Custom Patch Order Processing Time: Custom Patch Orders process within 8–10 weeks.
• Shipping Option: Shipping for this category is USPS Ground Advantage - Customer Paid.

All business operations, transactions, and activities performed under the Assumed Names of ZFD Books, Zulu Foxtrot Tactical Coins & Patches, and Joyful Kreations are performed solely on behalf of, and are legally and financially equivalent to, doing business with Zulu Foxtrot Designs LLC.

All activities, contracts, sales, and agreements entered into under any of these Assumed Names are performed in strict accordance with the rules, regulations, and statutes governing Assumed Names and Limited Liability Companies within the State of Texas.

As a micro-business, utilizing AI tools provides an opportunity to produce high-quality marketing descriptions and visuals at affordable prices, which directly contributes to keeping our product pricing low and competitive for our customers.

Point of Sale purchases are subject to the same policies where they apply. All purchases are accompanied by QR Codes and/or Web Addresses that lead directly to our current policies for customer review.
